Founded by experienced trial lawyers from a 350 attorney “mega-firm”, Acuña & Casas, P.C., began by specializing in representing financial institutions in real estate litigation and individuals with estate planning and related corporate, real estate, estate administration, and business succession planning.
The firm has expanded in recent years to include more attorneys (one of whom is a certified public accountant) - and a talented supporting staff (two of whom have earned MBAs). Acuña & Casas, P.C.’s attorneys and staff have developed an efficient team that delivers high-quality estate plans more quickly than other firms.
